My purchase didn't unlock the content. What do I do?: Open the Shop in-game and tap Restore Purchases. This will reapply any previous purchases to your account. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Can I transfer my purchases to a new device?: Yes. As long as you're signed in to the same Apple ID, tap Restore Purchases in the Shop to restore all previously purchased items.
Does the game require an internet connection?: No. Planetary Orbit is fully playable offline. An internet connection is only needed when making new in-app purchases.
How do I unlock themes and trails?: Tap the Shop icon from the main menu to browse available themes and trails. Each item can be purchased individually, or unlock everything with the Unlock Everything bundle.
I found a bug. How do I report it?: Please email shing.zhao@gmail.com with a description of the issue and your device model and iOS version.
